- All orders are processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
2. Shipping and Delivery Timelines
- Once processed, your order is shipped out via our domestic courier partners.
- Delivery safely reaches your doorstep within 5 to 7 working days from the dispatch date.
- Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are indicators and not absolute guarantees.
3. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
- You can monitor your package status live via the tracking link provided.
4. Delivery Issues & Address Changes
- We cannot alter shipping addresses once an item has been dispatched.
- We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
- If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
