Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At BountiX Express, we want you to love your premium clothing and trending items. Please read our policy carefully regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been handed over to our courier partners.

2. Return Window and Eligibility

  • Time Limit: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your package is delivered.
  • Clothing Items: Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Trending Products: Must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed retail packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Innerwear, pierced jewelry, cosmetics, and clearance/sale items cannot be returned due to hygiene and promotional rules.

3. Return Process

  1. Email your return request to info@bountixexpress.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product, especially if it arrived damaged or defective.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Refunds are initiated only after our team receives and inspects the returned item at our facility.
  • Approved Refunds: The transaction amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay, PhonePe, GPay, or Credit/Debit card) or as credits on the store website.
  • Timeline: Money will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
