  • Are your clothing items true to size?
    • Yes, most apparel follows standard Indian sizing charts.
    • Every clothing product page includes a detailed Size Guide link.
    • Please measure yourself before purchasing to ensure a perfect premium fit.

     

  • Do your trending lifestyle products come with a warranty?
    • Warranty details vary by product type and are specified directly on the product's detail page.
    • Electronic or technical trending items include a standard manufacturing defect warranty.
    • Please inspect your trending items immediately upon delivery.

     

  • Can I modify or change my shipping address after placing an order?
    • You can modify order details within 12 hours of placement by emailing info@bountixexpress.com.
    • Once an order status updates to "Dispatched," no address modifications can be processed.

💳 Payments & Security

  • What payment methods do you support?
    • We accept all popular, secure Indian payment options during checkout.
    • You can pay via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).
    • We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) and Net Banking.

     

  • Is my financial data safe on your store?
    • Absolutely safe. Our website operates on fully encrypted SSL security protocols.
    • We route transactions through RBI-approved, secure gateways like Razorpay and PhonePe.
    • BountiX Express never accesses, logs, or stores your raw card numbers or UPI PINs.

     

  • What happens if my money is debited but the order fails?
    • Do not panic. This is a common bank server timeout error and your money is completely secure.
    • The banking system flags failed transactions and auto-reverses the amount.
    • The debited money will safely reflect back into your account within 5 to 7 working days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take for my package to arrive?
    • We process and pack your premium orders within 2 to 3 business days.
    • Domestic transit via our courier network takes an additional 5 to 7 working days.
    • Total delivery timelines range from 7 to 10 working days across India.

     

  • How do I track the live location of my package?
    • Once dispatched, an automated email and SMS will be sent to your registered coordinates.
    • This alert contains a unique Tracking ID and a direct tracking URL.
    • Click the link to view the real-time movement of your package.

🔄 Cancellations & Returns

  • What is your return policy for clothing and trending goods?
    • We offer a flexible 7-day return window starting from the delivery date.
    • Apparel must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and carry original price tags.
    • Trending items must remain unopened in their original sealed retail packaging.

     

  • How do I initiate a product return?
    • Draft an email to info@bountixexpress.com containing your Order ID.
    • Attach a quick unboxing video or photo if the product arrived damaged.
    • Our team will review the claim and initiate a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
